We offer a flat fee which is competitive and affordable with no hidden extras. You can be assured we will make sure your best interests are met throughout the entire conveyancing process.

We can undertake the conveyancing documentation with your preferred method – we know with life it can be hard to schedule in appointments so for this reason documentation can be handled all via email/online and can be done in your own time without the hassle of scheduling an appointment.

If you prefer the documentation to be handled in person this can also be undertaken by myself attending your home/office or an appointment at my office.

With years of experience let me take away the stress and make the transaction of one of your biggest assets an exciting/simple experience.

As part of the settlement process I will review your Contract and Form 1, will liaise with your broker/bank and provide them the necessary paperwork.

I will ensure compliance with all special conditions and time frames, attending to Verification of Identity, adhering to stamp duty obligations, preparing the Transfer and any other associated documentation required, adjustment of rates and taxes, providing you with your settlement statement and notifying parties (including government authorities) that settlement has been finalised.
